- Rental car is the Hertz compact/Midsize car, their definition are as follows:
- Compact/Midsize
- These vehicles generally have 2 to 4 doors, seat 4 to 5 passengers, and have luggage capacity of up to 3 suitcases (luggage capacity varies by luggage size and vehicle model).
- The car is picked up & dropped off at the Hertz 24-hour counter at the arrivals section of the Guam Int’l Airport.
- Payment is not made at Hertz, the room & car an all-inclusive package paid at the Hotel. Only upgrades and optional services & extras they have to offer are payable at Hertz.
Hotel Santa Fe Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
All cancellations within 72hours of confirmed arrival date: one night charge at applicable rate. No-show charges will be assessed the cancellation charge of one-night charge penalty.
